Having goals are great. But, without a reason for achieving them, it’s so easy to fall off track—that’s why I start and finish my day by thinking about my WHY for pursuing this business: I want to have the freedom to take a vacation without getting approval from a boss or take a day off when needed for my children.
Even when I run into challenges (because they happen with any business!) thinking about this ‘why’ keeps me focused and encouraged. I also love seeing evidence of how it’s possible by following lots of other amazing small business owners in the area.
