I spent WAY too much time researching what other photographers were doing.
Sure, this was helpful knowledge to have. But, if I’m being honest with myself (and you!), the real reason I got hung up on this for so long was that I was nervous to cross it off the list and move forward.
I think that’s something most of us can relate to, right? Putting your dream “out there” is scary. It’s much more comfortable to tell yourself you are taking action while you are really just playing small.
What’s that going to accomplish? Not much. Instead, it was only by diving in and taking REAL action that I made REAL progress.
