Session fees are compensation for your photographer's time and talent. Session fees are due at the time of scheduling and must be recieved within 7 days, along with your electronic forms to hold your appointment slot. The agreed upon date/time for the session will be reserved, for this reason, the session fee is non-refundable. Payment is due when the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of prints/images, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there are any problems with the quality of your prints, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Prints/images will not be delivered until the full payment has cleared. Prices at the time of your session will remain in effect for 30 days, after that, items may be purchased a la carte only with a $200 minimum order. Any reprint orders at this time will be subject to the current price list. All ORDERED images are kept on file for 1 year and are deleted after that. Any unordered images will be deleted after 30 days.
