
When it comes to business, time
is money. Especially when you add kids, networking,
traveling, etc. into the mix! So when I began using a
CRM (customer relationship management software) , I
quickly realized that the “expense” was actually saving
me a ton of money, stress, & time! Here’s why I love it
so much…
-It keeps all my shoots organized so I can quickly look
to see what I have coming up for the next few months.
-It allows me to schedule workflows, a series of
automated tasks, to ensure that every client receives
the same great experience. We can even assign these
tasks. For example, I add all new clients to our mailing
list for holiday and birthday cards and this task is
assigned to my assistant Amanda.
-I can print reports for sales tax, income, etc… I can
also track to see where most of my leads are coming
from and see which leads are turning into bookings.
-I can send and track invoices and collect payments.
There are dozens of other things that it does but those
are just a few of the ways that it helps me to stay
organized, improve my client experience and save me
money!
