When I was beginning my journey as a photographer, the very first game-changing lesson I learned was how to shoot in manual. At the time, this was a huge revelation for me, knowing how each setting of the camera works in a triangle, allowing me a lot more control over my photographs.
Even though I’ve learned so much since then and come so far, I still think of that lesson often because it reminds me that baby steps are often the best way to move forward. You don’t have to have all the answers to start. You just have to start!
